Pasture-raised ground pork from Olsen Farms ,slow cooked with onion and mild green chiles until it is perfectly spiced. Simply the best! Our tamales feature organic, GMO-free masa. 

Just steam and eat.

While this tamale is naturally gluten free, we do work in a facility that also processes wheat.

Ingredients: GMO-free corn masa, pasture-raised pork, onion, green chiles, olive oil, sea salt, spices.
