Chicken Tomatillo Enchiladas

Chicken is slow-cooked until fall-apart tender, wrapped in Patty Pan's house-made flour tortillas, smothered in our own mild tomatillo salsa, and covered with a healthy layer of cheddar cheese. Two servings.

Ingredients: Washington-grown whole wheat flour, organic black beans, hormone-free chicken, onion, tomatillo, green chile, RBST-free cheddar cheese (milk, enzymes, annato, salt) red wine vinegar, olive oil, sea salt.
