Chicken Mole Tamales

Chicken slow cooked until tender and juicy in our house made mole sauce – featuring a hint of cinnamon and cacao. Our tamales feature GMO-free masa. Fillings are made from scratch using plenty of local and organic ingredients.

Just steam and eat.

While this tamale is naturally gluten free, we do work in a facility that also processes wheat.

Ingredients: GMO-free corn masa, hormone-free chicken, onion, ancho chilies, tomato, cocoa, olive oil, red wine vinegar, spices, sea salt.
