Bean and Rice Bowl - Chorizo

In house made chorizo is layered on top of a blend of sauteed market vegetables, black beans, and brown rice with our house made ancho chile sauce.  Toped with Medium cheddar cheese for an easy meal to heat up at home. 

Ingredients: Black beans, brown rice, pork chorizo, carrots, squash, gold beets, onion, cheddar cheese (milk, annato, salt, enzymes), tomato, ancho chilis, olive oil, red wine vinegar, spices.
