Bean and Rice Bowl - Chicken

In house cooked chicken thighs are layered on top of a blend of sauteed market vegetables, black beans, and brown rice with our house made poblano and tomatillo sauce.  Toped with Medium cheddar cheese for an easy meal to heat up at home.
